How do I place an order?
Online: You can begin shopping by visiting the Shop/Quote section of our site. Orders under $6,000 may be placed online with a credit card. For orders over $6,000, please select a different payment method at checkout, such as Purchase Order, Check, or ACH/Wire Transfer.
Email: Your signed Purchase Order and a copy of your quote can be emailed to orders@flyleafpublishing.com.
How can I make a purchase without sales tax?
If you are from a U.S. tax-exempt organization, please sign in or create an account before completing your purchase. You will need to be associated with a tax-exempt organization or shipping to a state that does not charge sales tax. Please note that sales tax cannot be refunded after an order has been processed.
What can I expect after my order is placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order, and a tracking email when your order ships. You can also view your order status at any time by signing in and navigating to the "My Orders" section of your account.
Can I receive a copy of my invoice?
To protect our customers' information, invoices cannot be sent through the chat. To request a copy of your invoice or ask any payment-related questions, please reach out to us here.
How do I cancel or return an order?
If your order has not shipped, please type "speak to a person" in the chat or email us at orders@flyleafpublishing.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled. Instead, a return authorization is required for materials to be returned. You can view our return policy and authorization request here.
